How do I save my progress?

Sign in with your email or Google account. Your progress is automatically synced to the cloud via Firebase. Guest mode saves progress locally only — it may be lost if you uninstall the app.

I lost my progress. Can I get it back?

If you were signed in, simply sign in again on any device and your progress will be restored. If you were using guest mode, local data cannot be recovered after uninstalling.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete my account", or visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions.

What TOPIK levels does TopikQuest cover?

TopikQuest covers vocabulary for both TOPIK I (levels 1-2, beginner) and TOPIK II (levels 3-6, intermediate to advanced) across 54 progressive stages.

Why am I seeing ads?

TopikQuest is a free app supported by ads via Google AdMob. Ads help us keep the app free for all learners.

The app is crashing or not loading.

Try the following: (1) Close and reopen the app, (2) Check your internet connection, (3) Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, (4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us with details.
